Every job is different, but here’s a general breakdown of our pricing structure:

• Standard Rate – $200/hour
Includes 2 laborers, dollies, moving blankets, saran wrap, banding, and tools for disassembly/reassembly. This covers almost everything—except boxes and tape.

• Simpler Moves – $150/hour
For straightforward jobs like storage unit unloads or pre-packed moves. Includes 2 laborers, dollies, and straps. These are usually quicker and easier than full-service moves.

• Heavy/Specialty Items – Starting at $300/hour
Covers 3–4 laborers for high-risk or heavy items like pianos, hot tubs, safes, etc. Additional tools or equipment (like lifts or rigging) may cost extra, but all of that is discussed upfront.

• TV Mounting – Starting at $100
We offer TV hanging services with proper tools and leveling. Pricing may vary based on wall type, TV size, and mounting complexity.

Extra crew members can always be added on jobs as needed.

For complex jobs—like moves requiring cranes, large-scale cleanouts, or property flips—we also coordinate dumpster drop-offs, pickups, and any special logistics needed. We handle the details so you don’t have to.

We started in Lima, Ohio and that’s still our home base. From there, we handle local, statewide, and long-distance moves—including Columbus, Detroit, Fort Wayne, Mansfield, and more. If your move is within a 2-hour radius and the job fits our schedule, we’re happy to travel.

We’ve also completed many larger moves in farther cities. Some clients specifically request us to come to them or help manage short-term rental setups like Airbnbs. For moves beyond 2 hours away, we typically require a 5-hour minimum to cover travel and logistics.
