Know What to Expect & How We Quote Your Move
We offer flexible ways to give you an accurate estimate based on your move’s size and complexity:
Phone Estimates
Great for quick quotes, especially for smaller or pre-packed moves. But keep in mind—what’s out of sight might get missed. Be sure to mention closets, attic storage, under-bed items, or anything out in the shed. The more detail, the better.
On-Site Walkthroughs
(Advance or Day-Of): Perfect for larger homes or complex moves. We’ll walk through the space and build your quote based on what we see. That said, we respect your privacy—we don’t dig through bins or open closets. If there’s a hidden attic full of grandma’s furniture, or packed storage rooms we couldn’t see, that can affect the original estimate.
Video Calls
For remote walk-throughs or long-distance moves, we can do live video estimates. Just walk us through the space on camera and we’ll ask questions to make sure nothing’s missed.
Day-Of Adjustments:
On the day of your move, the lead or point-person on our team will do a final walk-through and communicate with management if:
The job looks like it will run longer than expected
An additional truck or crew members are needed
We’ll never add anything to your bill without a conversation and your approval. If anything changes or needs to be adjusted, or if we get close to going over the estimated time, you will be notified immediately.
We ask that you keep us updated too—especially if new items are added last minute or if there are delays in access. Clear communication on both sides keeps the move smooth and on schedule..

You assume responsibility for any misplaced, unsecured, or damaged items caused by your handling.
